Forestry & Woodland Clearing

 

Forestry is a longterm investment due to the trees long growing cycle. This allows vermin to have many opportunities to cause damage to the growing trees. This means that vermin like grey squirrels can either kill or cause tree deformity on a large section of the crop resulting in poor yeild returns. Equally, deer can also signicantly damage forestry and woodland either by grazing on the sapling tips or stripping bark; again this will result in the tree either dying or cause significant tree deformity.
